The OM Yoga Show has grown ever more popular and is now the biggest Yoga gathering in Europe, and one of the largest events of its kind in the world.
Open classes, located within the exhibition itself provide the opportunity to be inspired by leading teachers and are free of charge to all visitors, on a first come, first served basis.
Louise James, designer of the Buttafly will be available teaching a free open class on Saturday at 1.45 pm, “Deeply Nourishing Yoga using the Buttafly for Postural Awakening.” For safety reasons, numbers are limited to 25 people, however if you can’t make this session she will also be demonstrating the benefits of the Buttafly on Stand N5.
Workshops will also take place throughout the three days. For more information and please check the programme online.
Tickets are available on the door at the show or can be purchased in advance online discounted prices. Why not buy a three-day ticket, to ensure that you get the most out this exciting weekend?
There has never been a better time to visit the OM Yoga Show, with more than ever to see and do. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years, or you are a complete beginner, there really is something for everyone!
