The Buttafly can be used in so many different ways to support your body just where you need it. In this free class, TillyLou will teach you how to get the most out of yours!
The Buttafly can be used in place of pillows, blankets, bolsters, bricks, and conventional yoga blocks and is especially suitable for restorative and Yin Yoga. It can also be used for Pilates and other floor-based home exercises.
