We are delighted to announce the first official Lifestyle Prescriptions® Yoga event and there’s no better time than in the middle of National Yoga Month!
Pioneers TillyLou James; physiotherapist, yoga teacher & Lifestyle Prescriptions® health coach and designer of the Buttafly, and Johannes R. Fisslinger; founder of Lifestyle Prescriptions® and co-founder of National Yoga Month, have created this superb blend of health-focused yoga.

Every organ tissue in the body is linked to specific stress triggers, emotions, beliefs and lifestyle habits and in Lifestyle Prescriptions® Yoga, we tailor the practices to help you explore these for yourself.

Yoga lends itself beautifully to the healing art and science of Lifestyle Medicine® and these teachings aim to help you to become fully present, with heightened awareness of your whole self.
The gift of connecting with the felt sense of a thought or emotion is being able to heal from the inside out. In Lifestyle Prescriptions® Yoga we explore our physical perceptions and experiences alongside mind-organ-brain anatomy.
This helps us to join the dots of what is really going on for us at any time – swiftly, efficiently and often without drama. The more we practice this inward listening, the more we will marvel at how our body messages us moment by moment – guiding us home to our authentic self and good health,” says TillyLou James.

Susan is also a keen yogini and has practiced many different styles. The immersion of Lifestyle Prescriptions® Yoga touches us somewhere very deeply inside, she believes, and is delighted to be co-hosting this event.
