Yoga offers us a wonderful way to connect mind and body, and this 6-week course gives a comprehensive and holistic approach to Women’s Health.
We will use yoga postures, meditation, and breathing techniques to explore, re-energise, and in some cases heal the physical and emotional aspects of the pelvic area. We will also practice specific exercises – some with the Buttafly – to improve our posture and the tone of the pelvic floor.
In addition, we will explore ways that promote relaxation of the pelvic floor.

You do not need previous experience in yoga. Although you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor with ease. You will benefit from having a Standard Buttafly to participate fully, but it is not a requirement of signing up.
This is an online event that will be held over Zoom. You will need to download and install Zoom in order to attend.
