Do not under estimate the profound effect that can result from lying down in supine with the sacrum off-loaded… When you have taken the Buttafly out from underneath you, take some time to allow the changes to fully integrate into the body and then roll onto your side afterwards and come up from there to avoid using the tummy muscles.
