The Standard Buttafly is the classic Buttafly shape and is 5 cms high at the front edge – the same height as a regular rectangular yoga block.
When you sit cross-legged if your knees are fairly close to the floor as shown here, you will most likely want to use a Standard Buttafly. If you’re not quite sure whether the Standard or the Tall Buttafly will be best for you, we recommended that you purchase the Standard Buttafly plus the Flat Buttafly so that you can stack the two up-and-down at leisure.
The Standard Buttafly can also be used for chair yoga to facilitate good postural alignment.
